When I started working with Adam, I was moving into more senior roles at Giving What We Can, and I needed to develop a number of skills such as strategic decision making, stakeholder management, and people management.

One example of the impact of Adam’s work was when we worked on different scenarios relating to giving ecosystem development. Those became the basis of a memo I wrote for our leadership team retreat.

Adam helped me work backwards from my values to create goals. Through that process, I recognised that I wasn't making enough time for certain personal priorities that were strongly aligned with my values. This led me to identify simple action items that immediately added a lot to my life outside of work.

Adam helped me think through career direction and how to transition into higher ownership roles. He helped me drive continuous improvement based on feedback from performance evaluations and set a clear direction towards people management.

Over the past couple of years, my role has evolved significantly. I now have full ownership of the 2 portfolios, I'm line managing, and managing external contractors also. My managers have been very positive about my development and my work with Adam has helped me drive meaningful growth for the organisation.

I'd recommend Adam to anyone who values collaborative thinking and wants support on strategy and/or stakeholder management. The coaching has made a significant impact on both my professional development and my overall sense of direction.
